Terententen.com turns 4 on December 8th and it looks like it will survive ’til 5. I just renewed the domain for another year. I guess you gotta put up with hoping I post more for at least another year. Suckers.

Yeah, I know I have a blog that I don’t post to much. It’s not that I don’t care, it’s just that I have nothing substantial to post about. Does anybody really want to hear all about my month and a half Facebook Trading Cards addiction that I just can’t quit? That’s why I want to remind you that I have my Twitter account. It’s for the posts that just don’t warrant posts. And there are a lot of them. It’s like what Terententen was before I got too lazy to post the meaningless one liners. And some of them are diamonds in the rough, so get over there. Bookmark it. And if you visit here and don’t see anything new, head on over there and start reading. It’s more of what’s going on in my head than ever before. And the best part is you can set it up to go straight to your phone. That’s not creepy. It’s called awesome. Unless I don’t know you. I forgot to post this last night but yesterday was 1 month from the start of Summer. That means we now only have 29 days to get our Summer 2008 Mixes ready. June 20th. That’s when they’re due. I know that’s not enough time for you guys to get a mix ready, and I’m sorry for the extremely short notice, but I’m still hoping we can get some mixes in for the Summer. So get going. Just enough songs to reach about 45 minutes to an hour but anything’ll due. Within reason. You have probably 2 days to pick each song. Man. That’s just not enough time. Do you guys get the sarcasm? I’m laying it on pre…tty thick.

I’m currently watching: American Idol

Man, it’s been a long time. January 29th, 2003. Almost to the minute. Remember the time zone change. Anyway, the #1 song on the charts wasn’t American Pie; instead it was B2K & Puff Daddy – Bump, Bump, Bump. That’s never a good sign. But at least my blog outlasted B2K’s career. We went through many changes. From names, to CMSs, to domains and even stupid hosts that sell your site without warning and lose all your stuff. By the way… any charitable lawyers out there reading my blog? Anyway, it’s been a good run. Half a decade. And like I said, a redesign is finally on it’s way. The 5 year anniversary gift is wood. I’m going along the same lines. Sticking with nature. Terententen’s going green for ’08. Stay tuned. It’s no too far off. And thanks for sticking around.

Well I got a new host. Now I’ve got my work ahead of me to get everything back up and running. My old host just sold shop without warning me and I lost tons of stuff. All comments after September 06 are gone and quite possibly all of SportsTalk. Yeah, it sucks a lot but at least I still have all almost 5 years of posts. I’ve seen other bloggers lose all of that so at least there’s some bright side. Stay tuned I guess; I’ll see what I can do.

Alright guys, just send em out tomorrow. July 28th, 2007. Summer started a week ago tomorrow, so it sounds good to me. Like usual, I’m going to send mine out using YouSendIt. I’ll send mine out to Rob, Matt, Tim and Christian. If Tim and Christian don’t want them, they can delete them. It’s just that Tim hinted that he wanted in on the thing and Christian, once upon a time, used to be a part of this mix series. I know I’m definitely eager to hear some interesting, eclectic, mixes, so why wait any longer?

Holy crap! Comments are finally back. After pulling my hair out since Tuesday – giving up, moving to a new CMS, deciding that it’s a bad idea and coming back, I’ve finally solved the broken comments issue. Apparently when my host switched servers, he used a different version of PHP which rendered my comments useless. I was finally able to find a fix for it so now I can go back to living my life. Phew.
