So what about the album?

No Idea / Saturday, August 7th, 2004

I think I’m a little more intoxicated than I’ve ever been before in Philadelphia, thank you Molson Ice (you always have a way of affecting me this way), but here goes. So the album, for the most part, is done recording. All that’s left now is mixing and such forth. So what do I have to say about it? I really don’t know. I will still stand by the album as being really good and high quality. Is it what I thought it was going to be 24 hours ago? No. To tell you all the truth, I envisioned something quite different. However unlike the Monstaz Inc. album, this is a group effort. Somehow, by throwing a third person into the mix, things sorta drastically changed. For the first album, I kinda had most of the control and I didn’t really enjoy all the work and pressure. However, on this album I tried to delegate control to others, and I’m not sure I really like this either. I guess I’m just too hard to please, but I think I just need to not be lazy and allow myself to do whatever it is I want to do. Everything that is different than I expected weighs on me like a burden. I really can’t wait until this album is completely done. Then I will finally know the outcomes of the two different paths, and will be able to determine which road will be better to choose in the future.
