Guy… do I love money? You know I do. Day 3 started like any other. 1 and done thanks to Butler. It was exciting in the end but Butler just didn’t care enough to cover. Hell, they barely cared enough to win. We were so hype on Kentucky and Kansas State though that we couldn’t let that go to waste so we threw them back on, this time with Washington. Oh yeah? You saw how that turned out? You love money too? Washington straight dominated New Mexico running circles around them up and down the floor and scoring at will. It was a heck of a performance. Then came K-State and Kentucky. Even knowing how good Kentucky was and even more so how bad Wake was, I still didn’t expect the 30 point drubbing they laid on. I expected maybe 15… 20… but 30? It was a typical Kentucky performance. Then came K-State vs. BYU. BYU jumped out REAL quick and Kansas had already pulled a Kansas so you instantly start thinking that maybe it’s something in that Kansas water? By halftime though it seemed that K-State had this one under control and with 10 minutes left to play you started feeling comfortable. That is until the refs decided to start trying to hand the game to BYU. If you so much as breathed on Fredette or any other BYU player for that matter it was a foul. Meanwhile K-State players had to show knife wounds in order to get the call. It made it scary but in the end BYU couldn’t overcome what was just an incredible performance from Jacob Pullen. K-State covered and I won. I won da money. Da money is mine. Again. It was a good night.
