I just watched a movie for 2 hours and I have no idea what I just watched. It could be because the first name in the cast list at the end of the movie was “The Voice Of The Whale”. To answer any questions you may have after my first two statements, I will just say that I just saw Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy. A best selling book that a lot of people love which I have never read. What a shock. The movie had me chuckling a lot but I was so completely baffled throughout most of it that it seemed quite empty to me. I think I was supposed to take something from it, but I’m not quite sure what that was that I was supposed to take. I think it actually took something from me. 2 hours of my life. No, no, no… I can’t say that. I did enjoy my time watching it. It was quite an enjoyable ride. I’m just still asking myself what I actually saw. And Mos Def isn’t too bad of an actor. I was actually quite impressed. I think I need to see it again on HBO and maybe then it will make sense. Or one of you’s can go see it and explain. I’ve been up for over 24 hours now. Maybe that’s why I’m struggling.
