Better late than never. Saw Wedding Crashers on Saturday. Very funny. After the first 5 minutes, I was pretty scared that it was going to suck. It sure seemed like it was headed that way, and that the whole Vince Vaughn thing had run its course. After about 15 minutes, I was dead wrong. I cracked up harder during this movie than I have in a long time. My only beef was that there were too many slow parts in between all the hilariousness. But I guess the unexpected nudity makes up for that. And that bedroom scene was one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen on screen, period. And the women were gorgeous. Man oh man. Rachel McAdams whom I’ve never had the pleasure to meet until this film, was very nice to look at. Kristin later told me she was in the Notebook, but there’s probably nothing on the planet I could care less about than the Notebook. And then her sweet, sweet, sister Isla Fisher. Man was she perfect; i.e. bedroom scene from above. Well at least from that role she was. And then of course there’s always that MILF Jane Seymour. 54 years old. I mean I definitely loved her when she was the 42 year old Dr. Quinn, but nothing’s changed in 12 years. But back the funny factor. This movie was friggin hilarious. It seemed to run a little long, but that’s probably because of the slow parts that seemed to arise all too often. But I still can’t wait for this to come out on DVD. There was so much funny stuff that I know I probably missed a lot of other things and forgot even more. Hilarious.
