I’m gonna get right to the point:
Tim Hightower – Your Cardinals won but they sure as hell didn’t deserve it. Luckily you got me an early TD or else I would have been screwed. The Cards went up 21-0 early and just kept throwing the ball, never really tried to run the ball and kill the clock. We can all guess what happened next. The Texans scored 21 unanswered points before DR-C had a pick 6. Then Houston still almost ties it up again but the Cardinals Def. made a huge stop as the Texans couldn’t score on 3 tries from the 1. Ken Whisenhunt HAD to go to the Andy Reid school of coaching.
Matt Ryan and Glen Coffee – Unfortunately for me the Falcons went up so big, so fast that even without Coffee’s injury, he never really had a chance. This also slowed down Matty Ice from throwing the ball. He got 30 points but could have had an insanely monster game. He had 20 at the half and because of a rushing TD got to 30 but man, his day could have been epic since the 49ers Def. decided to not show up.
Desean Jackson – The Bucs game plan was obviously to stop Desean from doing anything by doubling him. Hey Bucs, how’d that work out for you? Maclin is completely awesome and went off but that sure didn’t help my fantasy team. Sure wish I didn’t bench Dwayne Bowe’s touchdown. Until this week, they were both scoring every week. This is gonna be a tough call all year and through 5 weeks I haven’t gotten it right yet.
Next week –
What I’m looking forward to: Ryan Grant vs Lions. I hope his O line finally finds their way against a team who can’t really stop anyone but can keep it competitive. However, this game has upset written all over it.
What I’m not looking forward to: Drew Brees vs Giants. Brees hasn’t done anything in weeks. Now he gets the best Def. in the league. I hope he can step up against a banged up secondary.
What I’m listening to: Eminem – Kim
