The 2004 Yahoo! Fantasy Baseball League draft is now over. Thank you for attending. I’m happy with my team, “Phillie Mignon”, however I think everyone is happy with their team for the most part. With only 6 guys in the league, it was an all out rush to see who could accumulate the best All-Star team. We’ll just have to see how everything plays out in the end. My first pick was Alfonso Soriano and my 22nd and final pick was Milton Bradley. I didn’t pick up Bret Myers or Matt Mantei until after the draft was done, because I felt that I needed more pitching. I think they round out a good pitching staff. I didn’t really need Edgar Martinez, or Lieberthal at the moment because there are still some pretty decent catchers left in the free agency pool. Oh well, time to wait for the season to start. Only a few more weeks.
