You know what song I wish I wrote? Yeah, there's a lot of them, but right at this moment, I wish i wrote "The Circle Game" by Joni Mitchell. My dad used to play it for me on the guitar when I was young. Perhaps that's why I like it so much. However, maybe it's just because it's a great song. I'm sitting here trying to write, and I can't get this song out of my head. You should give it a listen if you've never heard it.

This is an interesting little thing you can check out with AIM. BuddyZoo lets you see which buddies you have in common with your friends, and even tells you how popular you are. I was in the 99th percentile of popularity. If that is so, how come no one talks to me then. Well that's kind of depressing. Everyone is just a bunch of profile stalkers. What a sad world we live in.

Man, it just makes me smile. The Pirates get swept 3 games by the Dodgers, to bring their losing streak to 5 in a row, and then Kevin Millwood pitches a 1-0 no hitter for the Phillies against Barry Bonds and the feared Giants. That's some sweet chin music. This picture from ESPN is exactly how I feel right now. Relieved with the Phillies sitting tied on top of the east, and the Flyers evening up the series with Ottawa 1-1. The Sixers dropped one last night, but they're still up in the series, and I highly doubt they'll blow it. They just played terrible last night... didn't appear motivated. I guess they thought that New Orleans would just lay down since Mashburn was out and they were down 2-0. Well that'll teach them. They won't play like that again tonight(Monday). I'm more concerned with the Flyers upcoming performances. As long as Cechmanek plays the next few games like he played tonight, we may be able to win this series. Ahhhh, I'll just keep looking at that picture over and over again in my head, and listen to Harry Kalas rejoycing, as I attempt to fall asleep. Goodnight.

Yeah, so I'm really into Radiohead now. I don't know... I got "The Bends" last summer, and really enjoyed it. Listened to it almost every day with Red Hot Chili Peppers's - "By The Way". Anyway, now I'm heavily into "OK Computer". It's a crazy album. I found myself singing the tunes all night, and have now come back to my room and just had to listen to it because it's been too long since I heard it... earlier today. I've liked No Surprises since freshman year, but now the whole album is just insane. Everyone should give it a listen. All three of you who read this garbage. Damn, one of you already listens to it. I need to get a new audience to influence.

Work and sports, sports and work. That was my week, and it looks like it'll continue that way for another week until I'm done class and I finish my last assignment and exam. Then it will be sports, sports, and more sports. Flyers came out of the Toronto series alive, and will now go beat Ottawa. The Sixers are up 2-0 over New Orleans, and with Mashburn out at least the next game, if not more, it seems they'll have this series. The Phillies just swept the Rockies, so things are looking good for them. Sports are doing well in Philadelphia right now, and that makes me happy.

So I'm talking to my mother about the Flyers game, and she says to me some of the most fitting words about Philadelphia sports:

Mom: it is a philly team
Mom: pray

That really sums it up. I guess we didn't pray enough however, because the Flyers blew it in the 2nd overtime. So now we have a game 7 tomorrow... in Philadelphia. That's a plus. But at this point, after 3 of the 6 games so far going into overtime, including the last 2 games with a total of 5 overtime periods, and then games 6 and 7 in back to back days, whoever wins tomorrow is going to be too exhausted to play in the next series. Well I'm still rooting for the Flyers, because even through all the heartache, I still manage to have faith in them.

I worked on it pretty much all day, and I guess I finally finished Sunking's Beatles Page... for the most part. No page is ever really done. Not everything is exactly how I envisioned it, so I may be changing it in the future, however what you see is what I'm handing in for my class. I hope you like it.

You know what show was great? Doogie Howser, M.D.??? Perfect Strangers??? Of course they were great, thanks for pointing out the obvious... however, you're way off the mark for what I'm thinking of. I'm thinking more along the lines of Dinosaurs... man that show was great. It's been off the air for 9 years now, and it seems like yesterday I was sitting in front of the TV watching Baby Sinclair pull his crazy antics and scream "Not the mama!!!". Yeah, you may say that this website has hit a new low, but I don't care. Man, I used to have all the toys. Even a 12" talking Baby Sinclair. Whatever happened to that show. One minute it was on top of the world, the next minute the whole world completely forgets about it. Well I didn't... besides the last 10 years or so, I was the biggest fan. Maybe we need a bring back Dinosaurs fan club. That's it, I'm calling home tomorrow. Time to find my talking Baby.

Geez, look at all the great things you think about at 3:50 in the morning. I'm suprised I can still write code.

I couldn't sleep last night. I was up until after 3:00 just laying there. I have not had this problem in a while, but it used to be a common occurance for me. Now it has happened two nights in a row. Sunday I stayed up just thinking about stuff, and last night I stayed up with Jeremy running over and over in my head. Of all songs to be running through my head... that one just doesn't make any sense. It was a veritable broken record of
