What should I do? I’m so confused. Do I continue down this rap path, or do I return to my guitar and the music that I love? I’ve already written a few rap songs and I know that once I get some more beats, I’ll be fresher than milk straight from the teet. My lyrics are the freshest, and my delivery is meatrack. But I miss my guitar. It’s my first love. I wrote a song tonight; sounds like a hit. What I’d do for an acoustic guitar right now. Oh man.

Oh, and MacGyver is the coolest.

And I’m done playing Castle. You can all have fun with it now… it’s yours. Level 236, lots of points, lots of casualties, over 2500 archers and lots of wasted computer resources.

I finally got around to seeing last week’s Nip/Tuck. It was a great way to end the season. The cliffhanger isn’t that big to drive me crazy, but since the show is so good, I’ll definitely be back for more. And the way they left everything good in the end, is just the way I think it should have been. I guess I’ll just have to wait til July to see what’ll happen next.

Which Pirates of the Caribbean character are you?

That’s not true at all. Psssh. Only a little bit drunk. Anyway, the Curse of the Black Pearl DVD comes out December 2nd, only 2 weeks after the Two Towers special edition. Oh man, I can’t wait.

Dear Readers,

Writing this letter is the hardest thing I’ll ever have to do. By now, you might have noticed that I have left you for your best friend. Sorry about that. Don’t feel responsible. We just weren’t right for one another. Besides, my fascination with goat pornography prevents me from committing to a serious relationship and you deserve better.

You deserve someone who appreciates all of your special qualities, especially the obnoxious way you would attack me with your fuzz after not shaving for several months. Even though we’re no longer together, we’ll always have our memories. I’ll never forget the time you wore my underwear on accident… and you didn’t notice. Odd. But anyway…

They say that time heals all wounds, and I hope that soon, you will be able to say my name without sobbing. When this time comes, I hope we will be living in different state institutions.

Gotta run,
Brett

Steph, Taylor, Kristin & I carved a couple of pumpkins tonight. It was an interesting experience. It was the first time I strayed from a classic triangle eyed, triangle nosed, hell, even triangle toothed jack-o-lantern. Kristin and I opted for the the really cool Edward Scissorhands jack-o-lantern pattern that can be found at Goatee Style’s Attack of the Zombie Pumpkins! web site. It seemed like the easiest one to do since I haven’t carved a pumpkin in like 10 years, and Kristin in practically ever. Man, but I have wanted to carve one of Ryan’s stencils for a long time. I’m glad we got the chance. It turned out really awesome once it was done, and lit up. I should have pictures of it really soon.

What I’m listening to right now: Jerry Lee Lewis – Great Balls of Fire

Ed was excellent tonight. It had one of the best, if not the greatest, scenes I’ve ever seen in a TV show. Did I say it was excellent?

I’m sailing away, set an open course for the virgin sea
I’ve got to be free, free to face the life that’s ahead of me
On board, I’m the captain, so climb aboard
We’ll search for tomorrow on every shore
And I’ll try, oh Lord, I’ll try to carry on

They should be showing this commercial in high schools all across the country.

I don’t care. This was the worst win I have ever seen. Our offense is simply terrible. McNabb’s injury last year was obviously more severe then anyone on the team wants us fans to believe. McNabb has been struggling throwing the football, but why has he been struggling? Because our receivers suck. But they’re the same receivers we’ve had. It was just that teams were scared of McNabb running. Now that he obviously can’t get out of the pocket and outrun anybody, he is forced to rely on his passing game. This story eerily parallels a tale about a man by the name of Scramblin’ Randall. Boy is this bad news. Watching the Eagles used to be fun. They’d make big plays, McNabb would be smiling, we’d actually score offensive touchdowns. Well that was for 2 years. Now it’s like the days of old. I find myself huddled in a corner wishing it was Monday morning already. Andy better figure something out this week. A few things did work this week. The first 5 minutes were good. Our tight ends made some plays, we ran the ball well, we marched down the field. Then it was back to 1-2-3-out. But then where were our tight ends the rest of the game? We need to get the ball to them more. They can at least catch the ball. We got a not too good Jets team to play next week. Houston is beating up on them as I am writing this. Lets see if we can turn this season around. We’re down, but not out. I wouldn’t mind saying that we were the best team in the NFL the last 13 games, 1 minute and 19 seconds of the season.
