This whole Freddie Mitchell/Rodney Harrison thing is so friggin stupid. This whole T.O. thing is stupid. The media is so friggin stupid. Freddie Mitchell made a stupid comment in jest and the Patriots are acting like retards about it. Then the media is saying that Mitchell made a “BIG” mistake in calling out Rodney Harrison. Well sure, Freddie Mitchell isn’t a star receiver, but the last time I checked, Rodney Harrison isn’t going to the Pro Bowl either. It shoulda been dropped right away, but a week later we’re still hearing the same stuff every day. And then the media is complaining about all we’re hearing about is if T.O. is gonna play, but it’s the media that is feeding the fire. They keep saying that Bill Belichick doesn’t care, and try to make the Eagles look stupid for bringing all this attention to it, but it’s the media that is bringing it up. The Patriots don’t want to hear about it, the Eagles don’t want to hear about it, I don’t want to hear about it; if they don’t want to hear about it, they should shut up about it. If T.O. wants to play, let him play. He is getting paid to play football. If he can make it to the point he can play and make an impact, let him go. Even Merril Hoge, the supreme Eagle hater, said that T.O. is getting paid to play football and that he has the right attitude. Maybe I just never paid close attention, but I don’t remember all these stupid Super Bowl antics occurring in the past. Is it February 6th yet?

Bluey just got his first dent. Well it’s not his first, but it’s the first one I saw. I was coming out of the bank and some cunt hit my driver side with her door. Then her mother didn’t even care. She was all like, “Well she’s only 4 and she didn’t really know what she was doing.” Well if she doesn’t know how to appropriately open a door, then you should have been watching her. I was just stunned trying not to jab her in her throat. She offered me $20 but I treated it like crack and just said no. So I took a fun drive, literally a fun drive, to Maaco and they said just go to a dent place, then I should be able to buffer out the scratch. However, while I was there, the Maaco lady pointed out another dent/scratch that probably came from another car, about a foot away from the new one. I called my dealership and they said go to the same place that the Maaco lady said. An online quote estimated it at $89. That ho better pay or I’ma smack her up like dumb cunts should be treated.

Ah; the taste you get in your mouth when you burp up diet Pepsi, orange chicken, mandarin chicken and lo mein. As you might have guessed, I just went to Panda Express. I’ve been meaning to hit up our local Panda since I saw they were building it a couple months ago, but it took me a while to get over there. They over cooked the orange chicken a little and Beaumont wasn’t there taking my order or ringing me up or trying to make me buy things I don’t want, but other than that it was the same. And you get the same taste in your mouth from burping up the medium diet Pepsi. When I closed my eyes, it almost felt like a Friday night and once my plate was empty, it was almost as if a heavy night of drinking was ahead of me. I think I’ll be going by there more frequently from now on.

I was listening to a CD in the car, and it ended, but since I was close to home, I decided to just see what was on the radio rather than start a new CD. I only have 2 stations programmed on my radio. One is an 80′s station and the other is our “eXtreme” radio which has Howard on in the mornings. So I flip on the radio and I hear this “eXtreme” crap on. I flip to the 80′s station and leave it on. About 20 seconds later, I realize I had been listening to a commercial. I flip back to the other station just to hopefully hear who that band was that I turned off earlier. It was Papa Roach. Congratulations Papa Roach… your music is worse than a commercial.

What I’m listening to: Silence

I can’t buy a friggin TV… I can’t buy my computer; what the hell is wrong with me? I have the money. Why am I useless? And don’t say it’s cause I’m Jewish, because I know that. I just got paid last night. My bank account is inflating at a rapid pace, and I’m not talking about my savings. I’m saving my spending money as well as my savings. WTF. I WILL buy a TV this weekend. I WILL buy my computer next week. What should I do about the TV? I’m leaning towards a CRT HDTV under $1000, but that makes normal TV look pretty poor. I wonder how it’d make DVDs and other stuff like PS2. And how about programming. HDTV isnt’ exactly on every station now. I think I gotta call Cox and find out how much HD they provide. On the other hand, I was really looking at a plain old sub $300 27″ CRT. I could use that for a year or so, then when there is more HDTV around, and plasma prices drop… say $300, I’ll get the plasma HDTV then. I’m getting hungry, I’m going to bed. I need to practice NHL2k5. I’m pitiful.

Holy crap, I want a penguin. I have a new goal in life. Most people set goals to own a Porsche or something like that, but my new goal is to have a big enough house so I can have an indoor Penguin habitat for my pet penguins. Hell yeah, that would be cool. I’d have Chilly and JoJo Willy. And if they had a boy, I’d name him Slick Willy. Unless of course they wanted to name him something different. It’s their kid of course. I’d have to let them name it. Penguins have feelings too.

Another sleepless Monday. I don’t know what it is. I really think it’s the playoff excitement because I haven’t been able to stop thinking about football in about a month, and the last 2 weeks have just been magnified. It could also be my f’ed up hours. This switching between graveyard to my makeshift schedule on the weekends might just be screwing me up physically. Maybe it’s just a mixture of both. Whatever it is, it had better stop because it’s after 2AM BT, and that my friends is going to make for an unhappy Brett in a few hours.

Listening to some of these dumbass ESPN analysts all week just made it painful. And if I thought this last week took forver, these upcoming weeks are gonna take an eternity plus 1.
