I finally got around to purchasing NFL 2K5. I played a couple of games. It made me realize how much I miss playing football games. This game is certainly different than Madden though. I’ve never been able to run so well in all my life. And I’ve never been so piss poor at passing in all my life. I whooped up on a couple of beginner games trying to learn the controls since it’s been a while, but then I tried to play David Arquette and he whooped my ass in 30 seconds or less and I didn’t get any money back. I think I need more practice. But I’m done for now. I’ll practice later. Then when I’m good, it’ll be time for some network games. That’s a whole nother ball game.

It’s gonna go up to 71 here on Saturday. 71 and I’ll remind you it’s January. But I don’t think you guys need to be reminded since it’s gonna feel like the teens for everyone on the East Coast. And as nice as 71 will feel on January 22nd, I have to admit that I’m sort of envious. This supposed storm is gonna drop 10-15 inches of snow. I used to look forward to that. All sitting at my window waiting for the first flakes to fall. Then watching people put their away messages up praying not to have class. Then me and Tim making fun of them. Another case of the good old days. Anyway, the bitter chill I don’t miss, but the snow… I doubt it’ll reach 15 inches, but if it did, that’d be spectacular. I’ll certainly be jealous. However, I’ll be jealous while wearing shorts and sandals. And I’ll be jealous with a full stomach after eating breakfast at the Monte Carlo breakfast buffet.

It’s after 3PM PT and I can’t sleep. That’s after 1AM BT, and I’m just not tired. I gotta be up in 5 hours. I just got done watching Around the Horn and PTI. I haven’t watched them in a friggin long time. Made me miss being at school which is the last time I watched them. Getting back from class and chilling in my chair while it gets dark and watching ESPN. Waiting to go to Panda for dinner. Oh man, I might never get to sleep. Unless I start crying myself to sleep. That’s always a possibility. Tonight’s gonna suck.

I think they need to do a new census, because I am very curious as to how many people live in Pittsburgh anymore. I swear, I think the entire population of Pittsburgh got up and moved to Las Vegas in the last month. I have never seen anything like this in my life. No matter where you go, there are people wearing Steelers stuff. I mean I see more people wearing Steelers stuff here than I ever saw in State College, and I thought that was little Pittsburgh. I need to get my car washed. Then I’ll get you pictures finally. Sometime today.
