Nip/Tuck Tuesday… Wednesday edition.

Aww man, Nip/Tuck has reached a super new low. I don’t even know if I can watch it anymore. It’s like I just saw the worst car wreck ever and I just couldn’t turn away so I started puking in my mouth instead. Well not really puking in my mouth, but I wouldn’t be surprised if someone did.

Weekly fantasy rant?

Ugh. Fantasy sports are becoming such a burden. I feel like I need a break or something from a long ass fantasy baseball season going right into a fantasy football season with 3 teams. Anyway, I missed a few weeks but I guess I’ll resume my weekly fantasy rants. I know you all enjoy them. But really… 3 teams is just way too much. I feel like I’m rooting for the whole goddamn league. So then someone scores and you’re like shit, “Well that’s good in this league, but it really sucks in this league, but I’m glad this guy did that, but wait, no I’m not because now this guy in the other league got those points. Dammit.” It’s incredibly frustrating and you just have to hope it balances out I guess. I’ve never really dealt with it. But let’s see what I screwed up today. The only thing we really have options on is Gridiron. The draft leagues are already set. I just don’t know what I was thinking though. I had plenty of cap room, and looking back I wish I just picked up LT and Sean Alexander. I probably had enough. But I didn’t. Like a good Jew, I tried saving money. Julius Jones did alright, but Tiki Barber blew it. And my sleeper pick of the week was Terry Glenn. For what I paid him, it wasn’t half bad. I mean he only got 1 less point than TO and 5 more points than Moss. This has been the most confusing fantasy season ever up to this point.

Kids today suck.

I hate these friggin school buses. What the hell is wrong with these kids that they can’t cross the street on their own and they need the buses to stop for 5 minutes while they all get off the bus and cross the street? I can’t stand it. All I want to do is get home from work in a timely manner. When I was a kid, I didn’t have any buses driving me home. I had to walk through the tough streets of Northeast Philly and cross large streets along major highways. These kids can’t do crap anymore. I blame it all on these crappy TV shows these kids have making them giant pussies. Dora the Explorer, Blue’s Clues, The Backyardigans??? WTF is a backyardigan? I mean what happened to tough shows like G.I. Joe, Mr. Rogers, Fraggle Rock, Duck Tales, He-Man, Gummi Bears and Pee Wee’s Playhouse? Those were shows a kid could learn to live on. They were full of adventures and stuff. I mean Gruffi Gummi was a role model that all kids could learn to be tough from. I’ve never seen Dora the Explorer but if it’s not teaching kids how to cross the street on their own, what is it teaching them? To be worthless, that’s what I think. These kids are all worthless. It makes me sick.

It was 2 years ago today.

Before the party, keg of Molson Ice, Happy people2 years ago today, probably right at this very moment, was a very good day. It was the day of the 1501 Town Fair… the best party ever. I still think about that keg of Molson Ice (shown right) and that amazing jungle juice like I was just drinking it yesterday. Oh yeah, and it was also the night of…

You say
I only hear what I want to
And you say
I talk so all the time -so
And I thought what I felt was simple
And I thought that I don’t belong
And now that I am leaving
Now I know that I did something wrong cause I missed you
Yeah , I missed you

Now tell me that wasn’t yesterday. Man I miss that microwave, that cluttered closet and that precious pong table. And our keg bucket… ::sniff sniff:: KEG BUCKET!!!!

The 40 Year Old Virgin

I saw The 40 Year Old Virgin over the weekend and I have to tell you, it’s a very forgettable movie. I remember cracking up quite a bit, but as I was walking out of the theater trying to talk about, I couldn’t think of anything funny that happened. Now it’s a few days later and I am struggling to remember practically anything. I thought I liked the movie as I was watching it… it seemed like a decent flick with a whole lot of comedy in it… but is it good to be completely forgotten? I don’t think so. I’m gonna look forward to it being on cable though. I’ll watch it a lot. It was funny. Still, I wish I could remember what I am looking forward to laughing about.

Today is my 1 year anniversary of work. A whole year and a lot has changed. I’m tired all the time, but not sick of work yet. I still do enjoy going. Day shift has been a pleasant change of pace. I mean I spent 10 months on grave. Boy has it gone fast. And I guess I’ve made a whole year’s salary by now, plus all the OT. I sure would like to know where it went though, because my loans still seem to be pretty massive. This is BS.

*FootballTalk*

Nobody noticed, but I put up a *FootballTalk* link up top. It’s a message board, as requested, to talk about, you guessed it, football. I already copied most of the stuff over but there’s tons of room for new stuff. Some have already started, so keep it going. That’s what it’s there for. Terententen. That’s what it’s there for.

I like adjectives.

I really am a big fan of them. Adjectives should be placed before every inferior noun.

What I’m listening to: Silence

Since I became so bitter after reading the analysts who actually make money making horrible picks, I decided to make my own picks. So now Terententen.com brings you TerenTenTen’s… NFL 2005 Expert Picks. Enjoy the season.
