Last night we decided not to go out drinking for my birthday and to just stay in and hang out. It’s always cheaper and more relaxing than gathering a group of people and trying to keep everyone happy. I figured, let’s just stay in and try to play some pong. I always thought we could give it a go in my back yard since it’s usually nice outside and there’s no worrying about spills. Elemental pong it is! Well let me tell you, elemental pong doesn’t work when there are wind advisories throughout the valley. They were the hardest games of pong ever. Not only was I rusty from not playing in a hell of a long time, but yeah, the whole wind thing. I think outdoor pong is going to wait until the summer when there’s no wind outside, it’s a 100 degrees at night and black widows guard every corner of the yard. I’ll call it Suicide Pong and it’ll be glorious.

Today is the first day of the best 4 days of the year. Is there a better streak of days? I mean who came up with this whole let’s play 48 games in 4 days? Just genius.

Alright, I know it’s been a while, but this week sucked quite frankly. I won’t get into it too much, but I’m working grave for a couple weeks and that’s the good news.
With the crappy week, I can hardly wait for April 15th. I’m really looking forward to going to John’s Roast Pork and to some ball games.
Speaking of ball games, Fantasy Baseball 2006 starts 3 weeks from tomorrow. I’m gonna lock the league in a week or so, so that I have a good estimate of who’s gonna be in the league, and we can work hard to go out and get a few more players if need be. Join now… League ID# 51770.
Other news, I finally got a new phone. Well it’s not new, it’s my uncle’s old phone, but this one is newER and actually allows me to make calls longer than 13 minutes. Because of this, I’m doing “Ringtone/Wallpaper 2006″. After last year’s, all I have is Christian with “Lisa Loeb – Stay”, Tim with “The Divinyls – I Touch Myself” and Rob with “LFO – Summergirls”. The last tone will never change, but everyone else is fair game. Yeah, I say everyone else because obviously the first Ringtone picker wasn’t a big hit. Anyway, submit your ringtone choices and submit pictures if you’d like. I’ll be waiting.
In response to the last post’s comments, I don’t like Matisyahu. I heard him a few months back on his Sirius debut and I instantly turned it off. I then saw him on some late night show and instantly turned it off. I don’t like reggae.
Two weeks ago it was 80 and I was wearing shorts. Right now it’s 48 and snowing outside. Middle of March in the desert.
