Some guy was in my office today talking to some other guy about those Ohio State – Michigan ESPN commercials where the Michigan woman is driving the Ohio State guy in her car and when he finds out she’s from Michigan, he jumps out the car. So I says to the guy… I says, “I’d push both of them out of the car… I went to Penn State.” So he says he’s from Ohio in way that clearly showed that he didn’t appreciate my comment. It was humorous. Almost as humorous as one being proud of being from the armpit of America.

WordPress even has a nifty iPhone app for mobile publishing. Don’t know if I’ll use it much because a phone isn’t too great for writing but it’s comforting to know it’s there.

Hey, if you’ve come here looking for Lost information, you’ve come to the wrong place. You should be over on Lostpedia. It’s one of the best sites on the internet for nerd related obsessiveness. It’s the Encyclopedia of Arda for Lost fanatics. There’s episode breakdowns and a whole lot of other wiki goodness but there’s so much more. If you have a few hours at work to kill, you can definitely spend it reading episode theories. It’s by far the most compelling part of the site. But yeah, once Lost is over in 2 months, you can go back to spending all your time on the Encyclopedia of Arda. I know my readers.

Welcome to the new Terententen on WordPress. 4 years ago I thought about it. I actually installed WordPress, exported and imported all of my Blogger posts and designed the site. Then after a few weeks of deliberation, I decided it wasn’t right and just kept on going the way things were. I regret that decision now more than ever. Fortunately now I also realize that none of it really matters. So you’re going to lose all of the old comments. I’ll still have them if we ever need anything to hold up in court. And now commenting will be so much better; I’ll never lose them again, I can keep track of them easier and now those stupid bots will have a hell of a lot harder time spamming our old posts with impotency medications.

Welcome to 2005… err 2010. You may have noticed that the site is pretty awesome now. It has everything I’ve wanted to put on it for quite some time. Live Twitter updates, picture updates, all kinds of social media updates and it’s all way easier to implement. So now if I’m not posting anything, you’ll still have stuff to catch up on while you’re here. However, I do think I’ll be posting more now. Something tells me it’s going to be a whole hell of a lot easier to post stuff on WordPress. It’ll all take some getting used to though. Everything will. Bear with me; I’ll probably be making small changes around here for a while. I just hope you guys enjoy everything and start coming back a little more. The site may be down for a little while. Like I said a couple weeks ago, Blogger’s changing the way their service works and I’m going to start messing around with it tonight.
